RCNN AD 2.20 本場飛航規定

2.20.1 機場作業規定

航空器地面操作限制
1. 航空器在停機坪（含連接停機坪之滑行道）因滑行錯誤，或已滑過指定之停機位置，禁止自行於原地實施180度迴轉，此時駕駛員應向塔臺申請，獲同意後始可實施180度迴轉，如無法180度迴轉應立即告知塔臺並申請停車（或慢車）並告知需利用拖車，拖至所需之方向或指定之停放位置。
2. 航空器在停機坪須靠已啟動之引擎使用大油門輔助其他引擎啟動時，禁止在停機坪實施。如作業上確切需要，經航空站航務組同意後轉告塔臺，通知駕駛員可將航空器利用拖車拖至滑行道上並平行後始可實施。在作業時，地面工作人員仍需隨時注意，以免危害後面其他航空器之活動。
3. 因跑滑道配置關係，有二個地點常有航空器或車輛穿越跑道之情形，屬發生跑道入侵事件之潛在風險區，航空器及車輛請注意，茲列出熱點(HOT SPOT)如下：
  1. D滑行道穿越18L/36R跑道進出之地點。
  2. A及H滑行道穿越18L/36R、18R/36L跑道進出之地點。
本場飛行規定
1. 降落航空器，因突發情況，必須重飛時，應立即通知塔臺。
2. 18R/36L跑道每日2130-2300 UTC
  18L/36R跑道每日2130-2300UTC
  實施外物預防作業。
  註解：塔臺可視情況暫停上述活動。
3. 由於塔臺視界障礙，航空器、車輛及人員在A及E滑行道間操作時，應特別小心。

2.20.2 滑行作業

本機場為軍民合用機場，民用航空器於正常運作情形下不得於18R/36L 跑道及下列滑行道滑行：A（18L/36R跑道以西段）、C、D（18L/36R 跑道以西段）、E（D至F 之間）、F（僅供180度迴轉使用，不得滑行）、G、H 及I。
本場標準滑行路徑
1. 使用18L跑道到場時，脫離跑道後須在B滑行道上等待航管許可始可進入E滑行道滑行至停機坪。
2. 使用18L跑道離場時，需要在D滑行道等待線外等待航管許可始可進入18L跑道北向滑行。
3. 使用36R跑道到場時，脫離跑道後須在D滑行道上等待航管許可後始可進入E滑行道滑行至停機坪。
4. E滑行道至A滑行道間因施工或其他因素無法供航空器滑行，需使用B滑行道進入跑道滑行至起飛位置時，需在B滑行道等待線外等待航管許可始可進入36R跑道南向滑行。
